I am not sure about the license, but the way to add the user is as follows:

To create the timeclock user you need to follow these steps.

1. Create a new IAM Client along with a new user (service account user)

   

    

2. Configure as shown below.

   

3. Nav to User, check that configuration is correct.

   

    

4. Add permissions for TIMECLOCK_USER

   

   

5. Add the newly created user to the relevant companies.

   

6. Create a new person and connect it to the user ID (Be sure to select the user ID just created)

   

7. Grant newly created person access to the Graphical Organization Structure.

From there you can create a time clock terminal
