We have a customer in IFS Applications 9 and they use IFS Time Clock. Their existing cards start character is 2 and now they have some new cards as has the start character 3. In “Employee Card Parameters” they have 2 in the field “Card parameters: Start Characters”.
How to set up the parameters, for them to use both their old cards as their new ones.
Please give me all feedback and knowledge regarding this.

There was a correction from RnD where you don’t need the start character to be filled in for Employee Card Parameters. So you can configure the parameters to have the start character as null and then proceed.
