I would like to know is it possible to sync time registration for an employee which exist in Company A & Company B? Otherwise, what is the way forward to avoid this kind of user from entering time registration twice in both companies. Payroll happens in both.

I guess the first questions is why are there duplicate employments?
Are there part time employments in the two companies? Is the employee paid by both companies?

Yes, they paid by both companies. So the employment happens in company A but he was assigned to another country which is company B. He received salary from both.
