Questions Regarding Payroll Transfer File

With regard to the file that IFS creates for payroll transfer, I have the following questions.

1. How regularly can the transfers be created from IFS to be imported into the payroll system?
2. Is there a size limit on the .dat file created?
3. Is it possible for the system to generate a file name automatically and sequentially?
