Hello!

I am struggling with qualifications obtained from an attended training event. I can not see achieved certificate/competence in employee file despite its connection to a specific course. How should I act?

To get qualifications updated automatically you either have to “evaluate” the training OR activate the workflow “hcmTrainingHistory”

Excuse me for my ignorance, but I do not understand that solution to evaluation of the training. I use evaluation template, but despite fill in it, it does not make any change. Am I doing anything wrong?

Have you evaluated participants as passed? 

After this you should be able to update employee competencies.

Please also note that from IFS Cloud 22R1 you don’t have to evaluate … if you don’t want to use that function specifically.

Instead you can activate the workflow - then the qualifications will be updated when employee training history is updated
