Name Display in Employee File

Good day.  We added a CompanyID to the Person Name (after the Surname).  In the Employee File though we would like to only have the Name and Surname of the Employee Displayed without the CompanyID behind the Employee Surname.

Please can you assist with correct steps to take to ensure Employee Name displays as required?

@AnGo : View name is same for Personal Information in ‘Person’ and ‘Employee Files’, so it will display same.

I understand from your current set-up that you want to know the Person ID of the company, as such you are adding company ID with Person name.

Instead, I suggest using ‘Alternative Name’ field to mention Company ID in ‘Person’. This field will not show into employee file
