The client is upgrading from Apps8 to Apps10 and when we look at the manual Balance Reconciliation Status we expect to get dates from the first in the month until the last. But we get dates in the middle, why does this happen and what can we do to make it work as we want (1-31 Month X)?

This should look like this, with the period start set as the first day of a month :

Balance reconciliation status will always shows one months records until the current date..
This is how it worked in APP8 and also APP10.
APP8
If you want to see records from 1-31, you will have to manually change them in the header..

What is your Balance reconciliation period? I hope you expect monthly reconciliation. If so, this may be due to your reconciliation time period start date. Please check if you have set it to 1st day of the month. This will set your reconciliation period end date to the last date of the month.

In default it take today date + 1 in default.

Could you provide a screenshot and highlight in it the “odd dates” ?
It will help better understand the issue you are facing.
