We are looking to update our employee evaluation process and want to compare what is available in Apps10 to some other system that we have in place. Problem is, we are having a difficult time finding instructions regarding the setup of this system. It would appear that there is some basic data that must be in place as well as additional permissions, but all we can seem to find is how to use the system once it is setup. We are interested in finding other IFS Apps 10 users who have implemented the Performance Evaluation capabilities within IFS Apps 10 to get some insight into setup and use cases. We are currently on UPD16 and would prefer to have most of the activity occur through Aurena, but understand that there may be parts of this (specifically the setup of basic data etc.) that may need to be done in IEE.
