I have created some qualifications with an Expiring Qualification reminder template.

I can see the expiring qualifications, but the system doesn’t send any notifications.

Are you aware of an extra setup? Maybe an event?

Hi,

There are two diffgerent events you can use for this purpose, you need to activate them and create actions.
