Expense Sheet Approver Cannot See Expense Sheet

A team member’s supervisor cannot see a few expense sheets.  The supervisor was able to see and approve recent expense sheets but not older expense sheets.  The supervisor recently became the team member’s supervisor.  Is there a date somewhere in IFS that is preventing the supervisor from seeing older expense sheets?

Hi @PatrickCuka ,

Supervisor Access Setup window > search for the supervisor > Supervised Employees tab > check the ‘Valid From’ date of the subordinate employee.

If the Start Date of the Expense Sheet is older than the ‘Valid From’ date, the supervisor will not be able to access that Expense Sheet.

Hi,

 

Since the supervisor’s access is granted recently he may not have access to previous records.

 

To get this working you can go to Supervisor access setup and search by the supervisor’s Employee ID and make sure the From Transaction date is updated to a previous period.

 

To get the editing enabled you have to select the correct organization node the supervisor is assigned.
