Employee Account Date Not Calculated

Is anyone familiar with the error in the screenshot below.  I can post this time to any other day of the week except the March 10 date user is trying to post to.

@Karen : Please check following:

  1. Employee is connected to valid schedule
  2. 10-Mar is added into substitute schedule
  3. Check Employee Results for 10-Mar and try to re-calculate
  4. then try to post the transactions for 10-Mar

I have checked all steps that ​@vickyrohilya shared, none seem to be the source of the error. ​@Karen if you have found another possible verification to solve the issue, can you please share?

@MelTanyaS : Please check Employee Intervals record exist for 10-Mar

Path: Human Capital Management>HCM Services>Time Management>Attendance>Employee Intervals
