Hi 

We are looking to start managing our employee benefits in IFS. PMI and health care seems straight forward but Company Cars and vehicles I'm unsure how to do this. what is the usual way to achieve this in IFS?

The same for Management of Vans and vehicles not assigned to employees. We are starting to use the maintenance/engineering module, is it best to just have them as an object?

any help would be greatly appreciated

For the company cars I ended up adding some custom fields on the employee section. Reg Number, Make and Model. HR can then search and easily see that information. 

Vehicles not assigned to employees It it was deemed the best route to go was having them in the maintenance module as an asset under a category for vehicles . Work orders/tasks can be raised for things like MOT & servicing, purchase orders for any repairs/costs can be tracked against it as well.
