Any idea why are we having this error. It is just related to 1 user .

This is a custom window as well.

    We had a similar kind of issue in one of our integration “Buffer Parsing Error, expected delimiter code <xx>, but found delimiter code <yy>”

    We investigated and identified that there was non -printable character in one of the database fields which caused from migration issue. Once the fields were cleared, issue resolved.
