Allowances Weekends and Public Holidays

Good day.  Is there a way to define Allowances that are only applicable for weekends and public holidays?  Many thanks.

Hi @AnGo 

 

You could use a day type and then build an increment for the allowance.  An employee would then deviate their day and the allowance would be applied for the public holiday.

Dependant on who gets the weekend allowance you can just add the increment to the day type for weekends and if that is tied to a schedule it would automatically be applied.  If it is only certain employees you would need a different sat / sun to the cycle schedule and they would deviate as per the public holiday.

Good day.  Thank you so much for your feedback.  The Allowances I need assistance with are for Travel over Weekends & Public Holidays.  I now see that I didn’t specify that.  What would be the Process in that case?  Thank you.
