Hi Lion!

You can change the general amount of holiday via rmb click on the Limit Definition of the Absence Group:

then you have to click rmb “Details” on the employment type:

and here you can change the general value:

Does this answer your question?

Best Regards,

Veronika

Hi, Veronika,

thanks for the info, when perform ‘Generate Limit’ from screen-1, it should take ‘Limit Threshold’ for calculation, for my scenario, the default calculation result is 59(hours), if it possible config some absence functions(logic) to make the result is 56.

why I need the result is 56? one day is 8 hours, 59hours is 7.3 days, we want convert 7.3 days to 7 days and it should be 56

Hi @lion !

I am not sure if I get your point.. Is this for part-time employees?

Have you tried to check the checkbox Consider Assignment or Cosider Occupation?

Best,

Veronika

Hi Veronika,

this is for all employees, we want to make the result logic  like Round(‘Absence Propotional Hours Limit’/8,0)*8  apply to each employee
