What would cause a Pick list to print blank?  We print many pick list daily without any issues but once in a while the pick list will be blank. I checked the report view “CUSTOMER_ORDER_PICK_LIST_REP” and there is no report data for a specific Result_key. It seems like the parts are not being added to the list. Is there a status or checkbox for the customer that would cause a blank pick list? I created another order for the same part but for a different customer and the pick list prints fine! The part is a packaged part. We are on APPS10 UPD11 IEE.

Are you sure the background jobs for that order have finished before generating the pick list?


It’s hard to know, I am not being notified of the issue until a few days/months after it happens?
