Hi @tomopl, when you say it’s wrong for some users, do those users not have a base profile in their security set up? Do they all have the same security permission sets to this form? If you are logged in as the app you should be able to right click in the form to see properties > layout of the form. If you do see the layout, this can also be done at the base profile level which would be my thought to check first. As the app go to tools>options>user profile and “edit base profile” to select those users base profile. Confirm the tabs/fields are there. The next place is ensuring those users have the same security permission sets that the users that can see the changes have as that also may be impacting this. If all users have the same security, try clearing their personal profile of this form in particular to ensure no saved configurations are still in place. Lastly if possible and doesn’t impact other areas for that user, clear their personal profile completely then copy (import/export feature) the personal profile of a user that it does work for and import that to the user so it’s like for like. (note you can export the user’s personal profile first before doing this if you need to go back to what it was). I would suggest confirming in a test layer first if possible.
