I can not open any of the wadaco processes, eventhough my user has been granted access to the process.

This happens after a copy of production environment to test environment is done
Has any faced this problems before ?

In Application Monitoring Console in solution manager, check PL/SQL Access Provider.
it should be green. If that indicator is red, then it is the reason for the error.

Most probably this issue is due to the incorrect password after the clone. To check that please query for PLSQLAP_ENVIRONMENT_TAB and  check the password for IFSPLSQLAP

By correcting this password will resolve the issue.
