Values from IAL are not appearing in the Crystal Report when executed from the IFS Client (IFS Cloud)

Hello Everyone,

I created an IAL using the IFS Object page in IFS Cloud and granted access to IFSPRINT. I added a field from this IAL to a Crystal Report. When I preview the report in Crystal Reports, all values are displayed correctly. However, when I run the report from the IFS Client, the values from the IAL do not appear

Is there any reason why this is happening?
