Users can't see granted lobbies in lobby overview

Hi All,

In the user's permission set there were much more lobbies granted but they are not visible in the lobby overview page in IFS Enterprise Explorer. What might cause this issue & how to solve it?

but they can see the screen Lobby Overview, right?

Presentation Object grants is the way to go

 

Also maybe refresh the security cache
