In the user's permission set there were much more lobbies granted but they are not visible in the lobby overview page in IFS Enterprise Explorer. What might cause this issue & how to solve it?

but they can see the screen Lobby Overview, right?
+11Presentation Object grants is the way to go
Also maybe refresh the security cache
