Running update 15 in prod environment since 29th of September, and we now have Adobe-trouble when handling supplier invoice , - preposting and approve invoice.
Anyone else have this Adobe troble ? Invoice image is missing, we refresh the page, and than the invoice image is ok…. add a posting and approve the invoce… image is “gone” and you get the errormessage,. .. this goes on and on in a “loop” and is very disturbing for the enduser.

What invoice image are you referring to?
Are you in the .Net client or a web client?
+7We have recently installed Update 16 and for some users and environments (not all users/environments) the preview of invoice is not shown in Aurena (Edge) PostingProposalHandling. We still investigate what causes this issue and haven’t found cause/fix.

We have installed UPD 17 resently and this problem occured in oure invirement as well. Still havent found couse/fix?
+7We haven’t got any fix from IFS, and it is still a problem. We have made a workaround for users that experience this to deactivate the Adobe plugin - meaning the document will always load as separate window - not within the posting proposal page.
How to deactivate plugin: In Acrobat choose Edit/Preferences, then Internet and button Internet settings. Then the program tab Administer Add on. Find Adobe PDF Reader and press Deactivate button.
