Unable to maximise screen to view lines on Sub-Contract

Hi

Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction. 2 of my colleagues have somehow minimized their view on sub-contracts lines and we cannot seem to able to revert it back. Below is a screen shot of their view and I have marked with a red arrow where they are trying to expand, but when they hover in between the sections they do not get the option to drag back down.

Has anyone come across this before and is there a way to resolve it without having to reset their profiles?

Hi

Just to let you know in case anyone else gets this, I have managed to resolve the issue by locating the screen on the users personal profile and extending the slitter position, refreshed the cache and all sorted!:
