The navigator entry for the ‘Quick Report Categories’ form has been removed from UPD 6 onwards. Before UPD 6, ‘Category’ is a mandatory field when creating a quick report. But from UPD 6 onwards ‘Category’ is a not a mandatory field when creating a quick report. Further, from UPD 6 onwards a new field called ‘Domain’ has been introduced in the ‘Create New Quick Report’ page. It is also not a mandatory field. Both ‘Category’ and ‘Domain’ fields are used for the filtering purpose and they are useful in Aurena.

Since, the ‘Category’ field is not mandatory when creating a quick report from UPD 6 onwards, ‘Quick Report Categories’ navigator entry has been removed. But from UPD 6 onwards, two new forms have been introduced. They are ‘Report Category’ and ‘Report Domain’.

‘Report Category’ form can be used to create a new Report Category (for which you used ‘Quick Report Categories’ form before UPD 6) and the ‘Report Domain’ form can be used to create a new Report Domain which you can provide as an optional value when creating a new quick report from UPD 6 onwards. Further ‘Report Category’ form displays all the available report categories (only report categories and not the quick reports under each category as of Quick Report Categories form - before UPD 6) and ‘Report Domain’ form displays all the available report domains.
