    We currently have a time entry procedure that I find a little cumbersome, our need is that technicians can enter their time for example 8 hours per day, but they must have the right to exceed 8 hours, for example, a technician can enter 10 hours of work per day, my question is: 
1- is there a setting on IFS that allows me to display 8 hours per day for technicians, and I authorize technicians to enter more than 8 hours per day if they want to do so?

for information, currently to give the hand to the technicians to enter more than 8h is to fix the calendar with 20 hours (maximum) per days what I do not want. I want to display 8 hours and give them the possibility of exceeding them. 

In fact, I need a procedure to enter 8 hours a day or more/less and easily obtain the overtime and missing hours from the total balance of the 38H week.
