Hi,
I am trying to login in IFS Application 9 but it is taking too much time (flash screen is stuck Almost 40-45 minutes) to open home page . This is happening with only user id. Rest all user id is login fine.
Please help on it.

Check what’s the home page added for the user. If it’s a lobby with many complex elements or start page with many saved query counters, it could be the reason behind taking a long time to login.

It’s same as other users with the same access. but we still facing this issue. If i delete profile of the user, is there any issue for login and access ? I know the entire settings from the personal profile will be removed.
Is any other impact on deleting of the user’s personal profile ?
