Significant REST API Performance Degradation after IFS Cloud 25R1 Release Update

we observe the same performance issues after the installation of 25R1SU1. Not only for the REST APIs but for the whole application

Did the performance issues for the REST API calls get resolved?  Has SU2 made any impact?

We’re using them currently on 23R2 but are looking at a possible upgrade to 25R1 in a couple of months.

Any insight would be much appreciated.

following this topic as well as I just started a project with a customer that runs 25.1.1

Hi team/all,
we were facing the issue on TEST instance after 25R1GA and after SU1 deployment too.
I have burned almost a week on that issue but I’m happy to share we finally managed to fix the issue.

It seems the issue was not directly connected to 25R1. Since we applied several actions simultaneously, the issue was likely caused by either DB statistics or stuck messages in Connect Reader queue which stayed there after taking a DB refresh from production environment.

One our customer upgraded from 24R1 to 25R1 and we’ve notivced a lot of problems with overview pages where Page size is set more than 240 rows.
