Hi,

I am trying to use the option for self-signed certificate. I have the message that the self-signed certificate has been generated, but I do not have any file generate in my MGT.

I’ve tried many versions 24.1.2, 24.1.8, 24R2. The process has been changed, because I remember that old versions, after registered the self-signed certificate, a copy of file was copied at MGT server file.

Thanks,

The selfsigned cert is now only stored in k8s as secret ifs-ingress.crt - think this change was made in  23r1 or so…

Thanks for the answer @hhanse.

So before, if we decided to use the self-signed certificate, we need to install the certificate locally too, if I want to my browser know that my address is secure. If, I understand, now we do need to install the certificate locally too, is it right?

Thanks,

The generated selfsigned certs is for dev environments i would say…
Anyone can download that certificate from the system_url and locally trust it.
