Hi,

 

Sometimes when I try to open a routine in IFS, instead to get the data I get a red and big X (See image below).

 

Someone has had this issue and knows how fix it?

 

I am using IFS version 9.0

Can you try below steps?

(1) Go to Tools menu > ‘Options --> Advanced --> Display’
(2) Uncheck the options ‘User hardware accelerated graphics’ and ‘Borderless window’.
(3) Restart the EE client.

We had this issue in IFS8 on other forms caused by corrupted user profile entrys for the respective form.
