Print Queue status working/Waiting/Inactive

What can be the reason for this issue. 

The queue stays in the Waiting, Working status . 

I am using Report Rules to send email to Customer when a PAyment Receipt is printed to logical printer (pdf).

I went through the link Yasa mentioned but didnt help with my query.

Firstly, i do not see any “remote waiting” or “remote working” statuses, it is only the working status that has been a problem for me, some print jobs are there for over a week with a status “Working”, some gets completed and some stay stuck.

I want to know what is stopping/prolonging the completion of the print jobs?
