Does anyone remember if a pdf was generated in to the Archive when a crystal layout was printed in APP75. It works for Report Designer layouts but ‘Show Pdf’ id disabled when printing using a crystal layout, or could this be an issue caused by some other reason related to printer/crystal server setup.

It’s not standard that Crystal layouts can’t be archived. In Apps 7.5, archiving depends on the PDF being generated first.
If “Show PDF” is disabled or the print goes directly to printer, the PDF may not be created and therefore not archived. I’d check the print command, output format, and Crystal runtime/print server setup — it’s usually configuration-related rather than expected behavior.
