As I recall, IFS Installer supports OCI repositories for Helm Charts from IFS Cloud 24R1 SU4 onwards (earlier ChartMuseum was used).
This fix is also included in the list of fixes for 24R1 SU4

+3We are on 24.2.4 and use Harbor 2.13. IFS Installer works fine, but scripts for artifact upload and kubernetes installation do need modifications.

Yes, the specific support was added after SAAB reported it :).
At the moment there are no official plans to support OCI Helm Chart in the upload/download airgap scripts. I suggest to raise this as an idea along with the modifications that you currently use.
