Since moving to IFS cloud, I can no longer delete print jobs in status ‘Error’ or in status ‘Remote working’.
The error message given is:
“The Print Job “1489559” is used by 1 rows in another object (PDF Archive).”
We have had quite a lot of issues with printouts and print agent, which have resulted in a lot of jobs gettings stuck in status ‘Error’.
In v10 we had a function called ‘Report Document Archive’, where i think the actual PDF was stored? This is no longer available in cloud, I can’t go there to remove the PDF. And I can’t delete the printout in ‘Report Archive’.
Most of the printouts have already been removed from ‘Report Archive, automatically, because the ‘Expire Date’ is only one day (work instructions, labels et cetera).
Am I missing something in the setup?
