Hi Community,

 

Some of our staff that have O365 E1 licenses, are experiencing issues when using the “Output to Excel” option in IFS Apps 9. Has anyone else experienced this? Personnel with an E3 license do not experience this issue.

Is it as simple as reloading the Office Add-In?

 

Any information or suggestions will be appreciated.

What kind of issues? Do you have an error message and maybe a screenshot? 


Hi Andre,

Those with E1 licenses did not have the ability to output to Excel or .csv, whereas those with E3 licenses could perform this task.

We ended up granting E3 licenses.

OK, E1 is just web based, is that right?
