Yes, you can change the language of the application using the Settings page.

Hi @suneth , thanks but my question is what happends when install a service update or release update. is it erase our translation modifictions ?

You should be able to apply your own translations but remember to do it on the “Users” layer so it takes preference over “Core”. See example below:
