When trying to create a pick list from the Maintenance Material Requisition page, we’re receiving ‘The Inventory Part in Stock does not exist’. We’ve confirmed that every part record contains an IPIS record and all parts are currently reserved with available inventory.

Does anyone know what would be causing this error and preventing us from creating a pick list and picking the parts??

Did this ever get resolved? We are having the same issue.

@stephanie.bertolini Are digging further into the inventory transaction history, we learned that although the parts were reserved our inventory controls were still set to allow for Transport Tasks on reserved parts. We had the parts reserved when they were in location “A”, then the warehouse moved them via Transport Task to Location “B” so when we went create the pick list, IFS gives us the message that the part in stock no longer exists which is technically true since location “A” no longer has stock.

I found trying to move parts back to the original location didn’t correct the issue. I ended up completing a manual update to the Database (Changed quantity reserved (QTY_ASSIGNED) to 0 and closed the line manually) and then created a new Material Requisition in IFS.
