The groups on the IFSCloud screen cannot be opened without clicking on the tab, but is it possible to display the screen with the groups open when transitioning to the screen page?

Hello
You should manage this under Override section of the group. If the override is not created, first create it and then set to blank as below. So you should always have the group opened.
