Inventory Usage Reporting

Without writing a bespoke program, Is there an IFS transaction to run an inventory usage report on the below criteria:-

  1. By IFS inventory part number & part description -
    1. by date range
    2. number of parts & quantities per part consumed  within date range
    3. where used (i.e. job, task, site etc.)
    4. cost per inventory part & total cost of inventory parts
    5. Export to excel

Hi ​@chrise4960,

Please have a look on Inventory Part On Hand Development screen. In this screen, you can review all type transactions for an Inventory Part with different parameters.

Hi - yes i have looked at this, but it returns all the part numbers on the left hand side, which looks like it cannot be exported into an excel document.

I was hoping to see all the part numbers in the main body of the screen, so i could then export into an excel document for further manipulation/analysis.

Please refer to the Inventory Transactions History screen. There, you need to play with different screen filters to get the desired results.

Yes i am already in Inventory Transaction History trying different filters which is returning data i might be able to manipulate, but thanks for response
