We are trying to add a video file to the non-conformance screen in IFS. The object connections are set to allow media type files. The EDM basic data also is defined to allow media type of .mp4
The problem is when I attempt to attach a short video file named (production.mp4) to the NCR attachements, I get an error:
Am I missing some kind of set-up or could this be a bug? I also refreshed the object connection cache and that did not work. Please help!
