Inactive Fields in Customer Order Window - APPs 10

Hi All

Is it possible to hide/inactive below highlighted fields for some users in system without any customization ?

 

Window - Customer Order

Yes you can do it as a Configuration.

  1. Right-click on the page in the whitespace near the form fields you wish to change, then select Properties.
  2. In the Properties window, select the Layout tab.
  3. Select the Use Customised Screen Layout checkbox.
  4. Select/Unselect the fields you wish to show/hide. You can also change their position on-page.
  5. Click OK to save the layout.

If you’d like to apply this layout to your whole organisation, you’ll need to edit the Base Profile first, then make the above changes, then save the Base Profile.
