Hello IFS Community,

In our IFS 8 Production Environment, we somehow exceeded our license limit of 448 (screenshot below). This resulted in all users being kicked out of IFS. To fix it we logged in as App Owner and deactivated 1 license so that we were no longer exceeding the limit.

 

My question is: IFS prevents you from activating a new account if it would exceed the license limit… so how could this have happened? I have never seen this before.
