H @mesjd0061 ,

Could you please tell us the IFS Application version that you’re trying to run?

Hi @mesjd0061,

IFS Applications 8 supports only up to Windows 10 version 1607 64-bit (em64t,amd64). Therefore, you will face issues here and there when using the latest Windows versions to run the IFS Client.

Hope this helps!

As mentioned by @Himasha Kapugeekiyanage  this possible cause for this issue shoudl be the  End User machines are using de-supported Windows version.

Just for the information is the IFS EE crashing when doing specific operations?

Hi Charith,

No specific operations. It can run for 4 hours without problem and then crash 2 times in 1 hour. Some users have up to 10 crashes on 1 day with clr.dll, while others only have it 2 times a month.

Hi @mesjd0061,

I’ll attach the Supported Platforms document for Applications 8 for you to refer.

Hi @mesjd0061 ,

Have you tried uninstalling any of the old versions of the IEE Client from that machine and opening IEE URL again?  This will install it fresh.

Thanks,

Kasun
