Hi Everyone ,

We are trying to connect PSO with IFS Cloud using IFS Optimization Framework Configuration Assistant. When configuration finishes all validations get successful, but Test connection fails saying ‘Failed to connect IFS Optimization Server’.

Also gives below error to set data manually :

  • Failed to connect to IFS Optimization server account Default. Error message was: 400 - Bad Request. The user IFSSCHEDULING and the parameters OpenIdAuthority, OpenIdClientId, UserNameClaim may need to be set up manually. Do you want to continue?

Did anyone came across similar situation and can guide me solving the same?

Regards,

Nandani

Hi @kumarina ,

Are your environments on premise or hosted by IFS? If it’s hosted by IFS, you would need to raise a support ticket as there are few known issues around this in 24R1.

Cheers.

@Sajith D It is on premise environment. We are working on whitelisting IPs.

Regards.

Nandani

Hi I am having the same issue. Did you able to find a solution for this @kumarina ?

@Lahiruudara I did correction in the config and it works however connection issue solved after whitelisting as both environments for pso and ifs cloud is in different internal environments.
