Hello

We’re in the process of moving one of our Apps 9 dev instances to a new server.  We’ve moved the instance and reconfigured, however in the login screen the OK button is greyed out and there is an extra field requiring input - Connect to, as shown below.

None of our other instances show this.  Is there a setting somewhere that we’ve missed?

While we understand we can simply enter connection details here, this is inconsistent with all our other environments.

Appreciate any help

Carl

Hi @Carl S, Please add the environment ‘access point URL’ to the ‘Connect to’ field and click ok so that it will connect to the new environment instance. Once the information is given at the first time, the field ‘connect to’ should not appear again.

Thanks for your response Nalaka

We were trying to understand the reason for it in the first place as our other IFS 9 environments dont display the “connect to” field.  Even after entering the URL it would still show on subsequent logins.

Of course just after posting the initial question we discovered it was due to the protocols set in the SSL configuration in the installer - after correcting these to match our other environments the login now displays as expected.

Hi Carl,

Is it possilbe F1Mage (Application used to sign the deployment) is pointing to incorrect IFS Runtime file? Can you please compare F1Mage settings with an environment which doesn’t require Connect to: field as this is usually the IFS URL.

Thanks Srikanth

The F1mage settings were all correct - the issue was with the SSL configuration in the installer.

Cheers

Carl
