Hi,
The ‘Report Format and Output’ dialog after clicking the RMB option ‘Print Order Confirmation’ in a customer order is working fine in apps10.
But in apps 7.5 this does not appear, I was wondering if this was not implemented in apps 7.5 or is there way to enable this option?

When you execute Print Order Confirmation in APP75, a print job is created, which you can view under Info Services → Print Manager. When you right‑click and select Print/Preview, the following Print Report dialog appears.
‘Report Format & Output’ dialog appears to have been introduced starting from APP9.

So there is no option to preview it and select the layout from the customer order window before printing? Do you mean this ‘Print Report’ dialog wasn’t implemented in 7.5 for customer order confirmation?
