Hello everyone!

 

I would like to know if there is a way to integrate Microsoft Forms with IFS.

I will explain what I would like to do:

 

I created a form by Microsoft Forms that contains questions about Business Lead (We use this form in events to show our products to get new customers).

What do I do today? I get all answers of this form and fill the “Business Lead” screen on IFS manually, one by one.

I would like to automate this. After answer all questions of the form on Microsoft Forms and click on “Send”, all these answers fill the “Business Lead” screen on IFS automatically.

 

Is this possible?

As far as I know you’d have to write a Microsoft Power Automate connector which would interface with IFS Cloud Restful API.  The following link is an overview of Microsoft connectors  https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/connectors .  I’ve never implemented a connector so I do not know the complexities of doing so.  

 

As an alternative IFS has created and maintains similar connectors for the Dell Boomi platform which is also a low code environment.
