Hi everyone,

I am in IFS CLOUD and I have created a new customer in my new company TR02, but when I want to create a new customer order it does not appear in my site.

So what can I do to solve this problem-?

If you’ve already set-up the Invoice/Payment pages, have you validated that you have an address created with appropriate Sales Address Information added within the Address page?

You were right, the Customer CRM Infos were missing. After entering all information the customer was found on the site :)
