How to add new In-Memory Acceleration Packages in Cloud?

Issue:

Cannot add new acceleration packages in Cloud. There is no + button in the window: In-Memory Acceleration Package.

In the tech doc following information is available:

 

It is possible to create custom In-Memory Acceleration Packages. It can be done using the same page meaning that all functionality like calculating estimated memory requirement, enabling/disabling In-Memory Acceleration Packages, etc. is available as well.

Questions:

  1. How to create custom In-Memory Acceleration Packages as mentioned in the tech doc?
  2. Is creating custom In-Memory Acceleration Packages through the Aurena Client possible? If not how?

It's not possible to create custom packages through Aurena page! And this is not a bug in the screen. 

Need to create custom In-Memory Acceleration Packages through an ins file. Due to security concerns, it is not allowed to create custom In-Memory Acceleration Packages through Aurena.

It's not possible to create custom packages through Aurena page! And this is not a bug in the screen. 

Need to create custom In-Memory Acceleration Packages through an ins file. Due to security concerns, it is not allowed to create custom In-Memory Acceleration Packages through Aurena.
