Hi,

We are getting following error for crystal quick reports for IFS Cloud 23R1 ( For all installations - PROD, TEST, etc).
Error 500: java.lang.NullPointerException

This systems was running without any issues. But suuddenly we are getting above error.

There are no errors logged in,
- Crystal log files,
- Oracle DB alert logs,
- Windows event viewer entries
- Logs for reporting pods, odata etc...

So we did following,
1. Reset IIS
2. Recreate pods
3. VMs restarted
4. Reinstall CWS in same server
5. Create new VM and install CWS
6. Addedd parameters ifsappreportingcr:  
   minMemory: 2800
7. Set minMemory as 5000 for both ifsappreportingcr and ifsappreporting pods

Still we are getting same error.
Please suggest a fix to overcome above error.
