Email stuck in Released state in application message queue

I am trying to configure the mail sender in Cloud to a SMTP server.  I try sending a report preview to the user email address and in the Application Message out1 queue they are all in “Released” status. Anyone know why or have had a similar experience?  I thought they would either have  showed processing,  finished, or failed if the mail sender was not configured correctly.  TIA

Hi @MikeB_EC 

 

Go to the Message Queues and verify if the Stop Queue is disabled. If it’s enabled, then that should be the problem.

 

if all good, go to Oracle Queues page and check if BATCH_PROC_RESP_QUEUE queue message count is > 0. If it’s > 0, try stop and start the queue and if it didn’t help, probably you need to restart IFS middleware server.

Check whether the message queue has stopped the process. If it has stopped, start it again and save all the changes.  Then Go to the application message queue and restart. It would be processed.
