In some cases, it would be helpful to receive an automatic email reminder when an environment you created is about to expire. For example if a Delivery environment was created but not promtly approved, the notification can say something like “Please note that Delivery environment X will be deleted in 3 days and it hasn’t been approved yet. Please approve the delivery or extend the expiration date”.

The email could go directly to the email address given by the person who created the environment, and would likely need to include an opt-out link (or the ability to add one through a configuration setting).
